Was standing in the kitchen when everything started shaking and we heard a big rumbling sound. Looked out and it looked as if the back patio was shaking or jumping up and down. It lasted about 10 seconds and the rumbling sound a little longer. I have visitors staying in the basement. My first thought was, what are they doing down there? A second later, they were up the steps wondering what was going on. Had to be an earthquake.

I was sitting inside when a strange noise began.  I looked outside to see if it was wind.  It was not windy   I could feel the floor vibrate.  We live in a round Deltec home  so wind and earth shaking feels a little different.
